Energy & Environment
The Energy & Environment business area gathers the Group’s pump businesses and equipment targeting the energy and process industries. The business area increases the sustainability of the energy, process and manufacturing industry through reduced emissions, reduced energy losses and/or improved working environment.
The Energy and Environment business area has four major operational areas in three different subsidiaries. The majority of the business is focused on energy, process and manufacturing industry in order to increase their sustainability, whether this is about reduced emissions, reduced energy losses or an improved work environment. The companies have sales both within their home market (Sweden) and in exports.
Focus on climate and work environment
One of the focus areas of the business area are pumps for the process industry, the water treatment industry and the manufacturing industry in Sweden. Zander & Ingeström and Swedenborg represent leading manufacturers of centrifugal and displacement pumps and high-pressure pumps for the industrial use of high-pressure water, as well as for food and pharmaceuticals. All the companies also have a range of own products, which are offered a broader market. Zander & Ingeström offers its own electric boilers of the Zetapannan brand, with a global market. Zetapannan replaces conventional solutions based on oil, coal, or gas. Swedenborg offers in-house developed industrial dampers through the Swedamper brand. Swedenborg's solutions render lower electricity consumption compared to conventional solutions. Bullerbekämparen are specialists in preventive noise control and offer everything in sound insulation and acoustics, including noise-reducing control cabins of their own design as well as sound insulation of noisy machines for industrial companies with a focus on a good working environment.
