Lautex Oy, one of the companies in the Christian Berner Group, has annonunced as of today that Timo Reinluoto and Ksenia Berner are Members of the Board. Mr Reinluoto currently also holds a position as senior vice president for Skanska Finland and Ms Berner's position further emphasizes the Berner family's close involvement in the group.
